General contracting services for a new 17,100 SF building leased by Washington State University and includes 10,000 SF of class A office space, four laboratory rooms with wet and dry laboratory requirements, hoods, air, gas and reverse osmosis treated water systems. The project also includes high-bay warehouse space and was completed under a fast-track schedule of 4 months.
