General contracting services for the tenant improvement on the 12th floor of the Commonwealth Building in Downtown Portland. DLR Group occupied the space during construction which presented a unique challenge to this project. Through pre-planning and thoughtful collaboration between CSI Construction and DLR Group, we overcame this challenge by providing creative solutions including 90% night work. The tenant improvement involved the demolition of existing finishes in the kitchen and office area. Upgrades included polished concrete floors and finishes. CSI Construction delivered the project on time and within budget.
