General contracting services for a 150,000 SF tilt panel, metal building warehouse used for the storage and distribution of retail lumber. The project included 12 acres of site development and 100,000 SF of site concrete paving with two exterior rail spurs and one rail spur inside the facility. The project also included 2,500 SF of office space.
