General contracting services for a state-of-the-art 83,162 SF cold storage and food processing plant including 8 acres of site work. The building includes 20,000 SF of office space, and 60,000 SF of warehouse, production and storage space. The tilt panels have a large arch design and form liner with textured paint for finish. Construction included a high-efficiency ammonia refrigerant chiller system with insulated liner wall panels. CSI acted as the design-build CM for the project working with designers for 7 months prior to construction.
